Shipping Policy

Every Voltcreek order ships from a warehouse inside the United States. Nothing is sent from overseas. We process orders within 1 to 2 business days, and most packages arrive 4 to 9 business days after you order. You get a tracking number by email the moment your order ships.

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. If a package is running late, arrives damaged, or never shows up, email support@voltcreek.com with your order number and we will make it right.

Return & Exchange Policy

If an item arrives damaged, stops working, or is not what you ordered, email support@voltcreek.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video showing the problem. Once we review your claim, you choose a full refund or a replacement.

If your package never arrives, tell us and we will trace it with the carrier. Orders that are not delivered get a refund or a reshipment. We do not refund orders simply because you changed your mind, so please check the description and specifications on the product page before you buy. Refunds go back to the original payment method and normally appear within 5 to 10 business days.
